No needle error means that there is no needle set over the working position. In order to correct the problem, please follow these steps:
1. Click ESC or OK to clear the error and locate the needle position indicator on your screen.
2. It will be displayed as a "0" on the 3-needle icon on the screen next to the color selection cones.
3. Once located you must reach the red color change knob on the right side of the head and slowly turn the knob.
4. Please keep an eye on the "0" and turn the knob until it changes to a whole number (1-15)
