Whether you have Chroma installed on a MAC or Windows computer the process of upgrading your software remains the same. You can upgrade your software via a new activation key that is given to you by Ricoma.
We recommend following the steps below:
- Navigate to the upper left menu and click on the “Help” tab
- Select “activate.”
- Next, click on “de-activate.”
- Close your Chroma software.
- Re-open the software.
- Select “New Version.”
- Insert your new activation key in all caps and hyphens.
- Select “activate.
After following these steps, you should have upgraded your current version of Chroma to a higher version of your choice.
