How Do I Upgrade My Current Version of Chroma?

Whether you have Chroma installed on a MAC or Windows computer the process of upgrading your software remains the same. You can upgrade your software via a new activation key that is given to you by Ricoma. 

We recommend following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the upper left menu and click on the “Help” tabblobid2.png
  2. Select “activate.”
  3. Next, click on “de-activate.”
  4. Close your Chroma software.
  5. Re-open the software.
  6. Select “New Version.”
  7. Insert your new activation key in all caps and hyphens.
  8. Select “activate.

After following these steps, you should have upgraded your current version of Chroma to a higher version of your choice.
