How Do I Set Hat Embroidery Parameters on MT, TC, and EM Models?

PUBLISHED

Setting your embroidery parameters means identifying the area you want to embroider on. This is important because without set parameters, your machine can mistakenly embroider outside the hoop which can lead to needle breaks. Another important aspect of setting parameters is ensuring your design properly stitches in your desired area of the fabric or garment.

If you are having difficultly setting the embroidery parameters, please refer below for help.

Simple adjustment:

1. Click on the 'Emb Param' tab.

2. Click on the 'Frame' tab.

3. This will open the frame table for the cap hoop where you can modify the Y-size of the frame.

4. Click on the value for the Y-size of the cap hoop (the box will automatically highlight). Then, click on the red 'CL' which will clear out the value.

5. Type in “85”, then press the blue 'OK' button.

6. This will save the value for the Y-size on cap hoop to 85mm.

See below for more information.
