How to install and activate Chroma on Mac.

Choose the link that corresponds to the tier of the package you purchased and your operating system.
- The program should start downloading automatically.
Click on Finder and go to your Downloads folder.
Click on the Chroma install file to open up the setup window.
Follow the setup instructions.
Choose the hard drive that you would like to download the software onto and click “Install.”
After the installation is complete, you can choose to either “Keep” or move the software file to the trash. (We recommend keeping it in case of reinstallation).
Go to your Chroma app and open it.
Complete the activation form.
Input your serial number. You can find it in the packing slip png file that was emailed to you at the time of purchase or under the product page in your customer portal.
- Make sure to include the dashes in between groups of characters.
Click “Activate” and select “No” when prompted to activate another software. Chroma should then open automatically.
