If you receive an Activation Limit Reached error message, that means you already have Chroma activated on another device. While Chroma can operate on two devices if you have version 3.52 or above installed, if you don't, it can only operate on one machine at a time. If you wish to have Chroma on multiple devices, you will need to buy a version of Chroma for each device.
Chroma can only be activated on one device and each installation requires a unique serial number. To activate Chroma on a different device, you must deactivate the original installation.
Follow the Instructions Below:
To deactivate your original Chroma installation...
- Click on “Help”
- Then, go to “Activation”
- Select your product version.
- Click on “Deactivate”
