Click on the "Setting" button, then the "Frame" button.
Find the Cap hoop and select the Y-Size number, then input 80 for the size.
Press "OK" to save. Press "Exit" to back out.
Reselect the Cap hoop in "Setting" and you will see it's larger in the Y-Axis.
