A No Needle error simply means that there is no needle over the working position, or it is not positioned correctly.
In order to correct the problem, please follow these steps to fix the error message:
- Turn the machine OFF.
- Locate the Degree Wheel knob in the back of your machine.
- Turn the knob clockwise two or three times and stop exactly at 100° degrees.

- Make sure the red arrow is lined up precisely with the 100° degree mark.

- Check that all the take-up levers are at the same height.

- Turn the machine back ON. The machine will automatically find the needle 5 position.
- After the screen is done loading, verify that the error message is gone.
- If there are no more error messages displayed, the machine should be working properly. If you continue to see the error, please try the steps again.
