What role does the panel play?
The panel on a commercial embroidery machine is the command center for your entire operation. It is where you load designs, adjust settings, and control the embroidery process from start to finish. A good panel allows you to preview designs, track stitch counts, estimate completion times, and make on-the-fly adjustments like color changes or skipping sections. Simply put, the panel is your link between creativity and production, giving you complete control over how your designs come to life. designs, skipped stitches, or unusual noises—preventing bigger problems and keeping production on track.

Tracing a design
- Tracing your design before you embroider is one of the most important steps you can do (DO NOT SKIP IT)
- With the machine locked in embroidery mode, Select the Trace key. If your machine is not on Needle #1, It will automatically go to needle #1 and start to trace the outline of your design.
- Your machine uses Needle #1 so you can clearly see if the needle is going to hit the hoop or not. Make sure that when it traces the outline of y9our design that the needle is clear of the hoop and any other obstructions.
- During the trace, you can hold the presser foot down to make sure it does not touch the hoop. Be ready to release the presser foot if you think it is going to hit the hoop. Hitting the hoop can cause your presser foot to bend and break the needle and worse case break your reciprocator. Again, Do not skip this test.
