How to Install and Adjust the Laser on TC Series Machines

Secure the laser by tightening the Phillips screw until snug. Lightly tighten the number three Allen screw to reduce movement but allow adjustment. 

Connect the laser cable to the port beneath the thread spools. Attach the laser magnetically and aim it toward the needle plate opening. 

The laser activates only during tracing. Move the machine to needle one and begin a trace cycle. Slowly adjust the laser until the red dot aligns precisely with the needle plate hole. 

Use a slow trace speed for accurate alignment. Once aligned, fully tighten the Allen screw. Repeat the trace cycle if additional adjustment is needed. 

The laser is intended for flat garments. On caps, visibility is limited due to the bill obstructing the laser path.
