Why It’s Important to Maintain Your EM-1010

Regular maintenance on your EM-1010 is not just about keeping it clean. It is the key to consistent, high-quality embroidery. Dust, lint, and thread buildup can cause skipped stitches, uneven tension, and even damage to critical parts. By keeping your machine in top condition, you will extend its lifespan, avoid costly repairs, and ensure your projects run smoothly from start to finish. A well-maintained EM-1010 means sharper designs, fewer breakdowns, and more time creating.

How to maintain your EM-1010.

Daily

  • At the beginning of every day, then every four hours of use, remove the bobbin case and bobbin from the rotary hook and add a few drops of oil on the rotary hook and in the hole that is just behind the needle plane needle hole.

  • Select needle 10 (ten) and repeat steps 2, 3 and 4
