Important note: This video focuses on the MT-1501, however, the process in similar. You would follow through with similar steps on SWD models.
Setting your embroidery parameters means identifying the area you want to embroider on. This is important because without set parameters, your machine can mistakenly embroider outside the hoop and that can lead to needle breaks. Another important aspect of setting parameters is to ensure your design will be properly stitched in your desired area of your fabric or garment.
Please see the instructions listed below to resolve your issue.
Simple adjustment:
1. Click the 'Select Hoop' tab.
2. Click on the cap hoop until it is highlighted.
3. Towards the bottom of the screen, you will see the hoop and the 'Edit Hoop' tab on the right-hand side. Once located, press the 'Edit Hoop' tab.
4. This will open a new window where the value for the Y-size of the cap hoop can be modified.
5. Press on the value right below the yellow Y-size. This will highlight the value. Now you can clear it out by pressing on the red 'CL'.
6. Now, enter “85” and then press the green check mark on the top right corner of the screen.
7. This will save the value for the Y-size on the cap hoop to 85mm.
