To begin, please make sure your machine is at 100° by manually rotating the degree wheel on the left side of the machine.
(Rotate it 1-2 full times just to be sure)
Now, please confirm whether ALL of the take-up levers are the same height.
(Please make sure your machine is physically at 100 degrees)
If one of them is popped down you can go ahead and pop it back up manually and the issue should go away.
