Losing Registration:

PUBLISHED

 - Check the hooping

-  Not the proper backing for the object being embroidered on

-Not the proper speed (too fast can ruin proper stitching placement)

-Product catching on something during the embroidery process

-Check if arms are secured and straight

- a Bad design (try one of our designs)

-Check the pantograph while it is on and see if it moves smoothly and then when it is off physically manipulate it to see if it is smooth as well.

-If machine is on, the pantograph should lock with physical manipulation and move smoothly with physical manipulation when off.

-Also check if the loss of registration is on a single needle or multiple needles.

-If it goes too far in one direction or another it could be — a bad sensor, flag is dirty, flag is too low and the sensor does not read it, or it is damaged.

- If the loss of registration is Random that usually means it is Electrical in nature.

- If the loss of registration is Consistent that usually means it is Physical in nature.
