Before we proceed, have you attempted to reset the machine by unplugging it and then plugging it back in? If the problem persists, there are a few other steps we can try.
First, let's try reseating the connections on the board located on the left side of the machine that connects to the motherboard. To access this board, follow these steps:
- Shut off the machine and remove the panel on the left side, exposing the motherboard.
- Let's focus on the left board as shown below, and let's reseat the connections circled in red below:

- Reconnect the plugs and power the machine back on.
