T-Seal: How can I get a better feel on my White Toner garments?

PUBLISHED

T SEAL:

The T. Seal is used for the final post-press of your transfer onto the garment or textile for extra durability. It can be used with any transfer paper or foil application. T. Seal is a paper carrier with a thin silicon rubber film applied to it. The film will seal and mold the image deep into the weave of the garment for the best wash and stretch durability. Used in place of Kraft paper for the post-press only! T. Seal is REUSABLE from 350 up to 500 presses.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEST RESULTS:
1) Before the first use, press the sheet with the rubber side down on the lower platen of your heat press with medium pressure for 20 seconds at 270°F / 132° C. This will condition the T. Seal properly.
2) Press and peel your transfer according to the instructions for the transfer paper you are using.
3) For the final press, use the rubbery side toward the decoration and press for 20 seconds with heavy pressure at a temperature between 270° - 290° F (132° - 143° C).
4) Open the press and wait 5 seconds, then peel off slowly. Important: • Use the T-Seal in place of Kraft/Teflon paper for the final post-press only!

  • Do not cut the sheet in any way, or the rubber film will come apart.
  • Do not use with any CP Toner because the yellow pigments will migrate into the rubber film.
  • Do not use with sublimation ink or toner, or sublimation printed garments or products.
  • Recommended temperature tolerance is 270° - 290° F (132° - 143° C). • Do not use above 300° F / 150° C to avoid premature degradation of the product.
