Your Luminaris 200 White Toner Printer comes with the VividRIP software that provides you with everything you need to get printing jobs done. However, if you are experiencing issues such as printing jobs not processing, printing jobs freezing, or the queue not clearing, there may be a glitch within the queue system.
In This Case, We Suggest Making Sure That...
- You have chosen the correct device and connection type for the device selected.
- Then, go to “Manage Queues” and select the proper method of connection
If You Are Encountering Issues with Your LuminRIP Software...
Such as not able to print your designs, we have provided instructional videos below that explain how to troubleshoot this problem. To get started, we recommend resetting your LuminRIP software to print via Ethernet (Network) port.
Important Note: Remember, you cannot be connected directly to the printer and computer using the Ethernet cord. You can only be direct if using a Printer USB cable.
