Why Does VividRIP Ask Me for an “Activation Code?"

You will receive a personal activation code for your VividRIP Software when you purchase your Luminaris200. This number can be located either on your Original Order's packing slip, or on your Ricoma Customer Portal

The first step is to make sure your computer is connected to the internet. 

If your computer is not connected to the internet, please connect it. Once it is connected, try to activate the program again.

If you are connected to the internet but the problem persists, the LuminRIP website or servers may be offline. In which case, please wait and try to activate the software at a later time.

Login Into Your Ricoma Customer Portal

The LuminRip software is available to be downloaded from your customer portal at customer.ricoma.comunder the Luminaris 200 product page. Also be sure to keep an eye out for your serial number which is found on your packing slip attached to your tracking email.

IMPORTANT: The serial number is good for activation on only ONE device.

Prior to the installation of your software, the website will automatically determine the OS of your computer and download the appropriate version. So, it is not a problem if you have a Mac or a Windows PC, the software works on both.
